Bronwen Rees' Page

My path as a writer seeks out those fundamental layers that interconnect and shift between themselves, as a river flows through its depths and heights, its frivolous sparkling on the surface, and the untapped depths of the earth below. Re-searching is to look for the hidden richness that lies in our shadows, and contributing to the co-emergence of a more ethical and peaceful world.

I am interested in the ever-changing lenses through which we collectively view the world, and this is reflected in my publishing page, eastwestinterconnect.co.uk

I am the Director of the Centre for Transformational Management Practice at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge U.K., where I lead a team of researchers and organisational practitioners in examining the conditions of organisational life. The work in the Centre is dedicated to improving these conditions, through exploration of the nature of research itself and through applied methods in attempting to create harmonious methods of dialogue. Our work is about attempting to make connections across disciplines, paradigms and countries and play a part in the coming into being of a different world view.

I am editor of Interconnections, a journal of international management practice.
